FiveLAPD Community Donations Process

1.) All donations are FINAL. They are not negotiable, or refundable. So please donate only what you are comfortable with. 

2.) FiveLAPD holds the exclusive right to accept or deny donations based on any issues that may be deemed "good for the community" or "bad for the community". 

3.) Donations, while welcomed and appreciated, are not exclusive. Meaning they do NOT get you ANY special treatment, positioning within a department or the community, or any other standards. 

4.) Donations are collected and used for monthly expenses. The costs of running our community fluctuates based on resources and such. The staff gladly provides a detailed monthly expense report posted in the ⁠⁠『💻』𝖴𝗉𝖽𝖺𝗍𝖾𝗌 channel in the Discord.

5.) Any donation amount must meet the final amount threshold for it to count. Meaning, if you donate and fees are added on, the fees do NOT count towards your perk level amounts needed. 

6.) Any attempt to cancel, decline, file fraudulent actions against, or any other attempt to stop refunds will not be tolerated. You will lose your perk/donation, and we will most likely remove you from the community. If you find there is an issue, IMMEDIATELY, open up a support ticket and explain in full. We will investigate all request and determine their outcome on a "case by case" basis. 

7.) Monthly donations are a new thing, we encourage these over one time payments as it allows us to plan for future financial needs of the community. IF you sign up for monthly donations and something OCCURS that you cannot make the monthly payment on time, or you will be late, or need to pause your monthly donation.. Open a support ticket IMMEDIATELY, explaining your situation! We are fine with working with everyone and will gladly work a way for you to keep your perks during your delay. 

8.) ALL donations are subject to change without notice. We apologize as we grow, we want to maintain as much integrity, transparency, and compliance needed to keep a safe community! We also reserve the right to change, update, or cancel Any aspect of the donation program or its rules, documents, guidelines, etc. 

9.) If there are ANY questions, please ask! 

10.) Only members that have the tag "Law Enforcement Certified" can donate to FiveLAPD. We do not allow donations

from new members.

NOTE: You are NOT donating for anything specific you are only donating to support the server and in turn are rewarded with perks, Perks that can be removed at any time for any failure to follow community rules. (FiveLAPD Staff discretion) 

FiveLAPD Community Ban Appeal Process 

At FiveLAPD, we strive to maintain a welcoming and respectful gaming environment for all members. If you believe you were banned unfairly or would like to request a review of your ban, please follow the steps outlined below to submit an appeal.

Step 1: Review the Ban

Before submitting an appeal, please review the reason for your ban. This information can typically be found in the ban notification message or communicated by a moderator.

Step 2: Gather Information

Prepare the following information to include in your appeal:

• Your FiveLAPD username.

• The date and time of the ban.

• The reason provided for your ban.

• Any relevant screenshots or evidence that support your appeal.

• A detailed explanation of why you believe the ban should be lifted.

Step 3: Submit the Appeal

Submit your appeal via the FiveLAPD Tebex Site and submit your fee and request to be unbanned. Once the fee is paid, it will unban you from the FiveLAPD Discord. You will then submit your appeal in the unban request ticket.

Step 4: Await Review

Once your appeal is submitted, it will be reviewed by the FiveLAPD administration team.

Step 5: Appeal Decision

You will be notified of the decision regarding your appeal via the ban appeal ticket within the FiveLAPD Discord. The decision will be one of the following:

• Appeal Granted: Your ban will be lifted, and you will be reinstated in the community.

• Appeal Denied: The ban will remain in effect. Reasons for the denial will be provided.

• Further Information Required: You may be asked to provide additional information or clarification before a final decision is made.

Important Considerations

• Honesty: Ensure that all information provided in your appeal is accurate and truthful. False information may result in a permanent ban.

• Respect: Approach the appeal process respectfully. Abusive or disrespectful language will not be tolerated and may affect the outcome of your appeal.

• One Appeal Per Ban: Only one appeal per ban will be considered. Multiple appeals for the same ban will not be reviewed.
